    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Yes, all our coffee products are freshly prepared and accurately represented in the photos. What you see is exactly what you receive.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Your receipt will be automatically sent to your email after completing the order. You can also view it anytime from your account dashboard.

    How can I return an item?

    Because our products are food and beverage items, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll assist you immediately.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

    Yes! We roast in small batches. If an item is out of stock, it will be restocked soon. You can enable “Notify Me” on the product page.

    Where can I ship my order?
